This form is required as per Building Guideline 4.0 Interior Renovation Guidelines and Bylaw Division 1.4.5 (Obtain Approval Before Altering a Strata Lot).
All major plumbing and electrical work must be completed by a BC certified plumber and electrician. Any changes or additions to the original project work must be submitted to the office. Any additions or amendments to the application details after initial approval must be submitted to the office.
Note: The bylaws require written approval of the strata corporation before undertaking any modifications inside the strata lot which the strata must insure, such as floor and wall coverings, electrical and plumbing fixtures. Before you renovate, you must ask your Council.
