    -scale drawings of the alteration and present plan, front & side views, of the change -photographs of the present area to be modified, along with photographs of previously completed similar changes to other units in the complex -all required permits -any additions or amendments to the application details after initial approval must be submitted to the office. Or you may email your attachments akisk01@telus.net. Permits must be posted on site during the work.

Note: An owner must obtain approval of the strata corporation before making an alteration to a strata lot that involves: the structure of the building, the exterior of a building, chimneys, stairs, decks, balconies, air conditioners, awnings, fans, satellite dishes, windows, doors, skylights, fences, railings, and common property located within the boundaries of the strata lot. Included also are those parts of the strata lot which the strata must insure, such as floor and wall coverings, electrical and plumbing fixtures.
